Most pleased to report to you that this afternoon the UPS man delivered an envelope to my door with a cashier|s check inside for $320.75...the amount that I had applied to withdraw from BigJuicyOdds after winning the OFC Freeroll there on November 11th.

Your kind assistance in talking to and then putting me in direct contact with the Head of Operations at the Poker site, was instrumental in solving the problem. Charlene couldn|t have been nicer and more cooperative...she honestly discussed the problems that DGS sites are experiencing...explained how committed she and the staff at BJO are to pleasing the Poker playing public...and then followed through quickly and professionally to process my withdrawal...staying in contact with me every step of the way.

You and PokerRoomReview.com deserve all the credit in the world for bringing the people together that can resolve so many of these disputes, logjams and misunderstandings. This is the second time I have come to you for help successfully and I would NEVER hesitate to recommend you to anyone having difficulty with an online Poker room.

WoW! Aren’t you the persistent one! Their support was so totally bad, I just said the HECK with it. Life is way too short to waste your time on idiots. My money wasn’t that much so I put it out of my mind. So you can imagine my surprise when I not only got paid, but an apology and a little something for the hassle too!

Thanks for being there when I had a problem. I really believed no one would listen even though I was clearly in the right. Man, I was going buggy and it wasn’t just the money but the principal of the thing. Well once I got the problem in your hands, BAM-BOOM, the situation got solved. I still wonder why their support didn’t just take care of this right away instead of making my life miserable. Oh well. Thanks pal, if we ever get a chance to meet, the drinks are on me.

Hey Mike,

Just a quick note of thanks for helping me with my UB problem. I was really pissed at first, but after they explained it to me, I cooled down. Things have changed a lot online I guess, especially for players from the USA. Kinda sad, but hell I’ll keep playing no matter what the nanny government says. Anyway, you were a big surprise. I didn’t know there was anyone out there doing what you do. Keep up the great work!!!!

Hi Mike,

I wanted to thank you for helping me retrieve my tournament prize that I won at citypoker.com. I talked with a representative from City Poker who worked with the software vendor to resolve the discrepancy. She (Crystal) was very apologetic and worked to get the money back in my account. I appreciated her help! I was also credited with a $50.00 comp for any trouble! Again, thanks for the assist, I will refer my poker friends to this very helpful review site.

Dear Pokerroomreview Public:

Pokerroomreview just saved my $1,300.00. Two weeks ago, I encountered a problem with a poker site. The site called me a "bonus abuser" whatever that means. I was so distraught because I had used the rent money to get their reload bonus bucks and the site blocked my account and had decided to confiscate all money, deposit and all. I didn|t know what to do so I joined some poker forums to see if there was any help out there for me.

I heard about pokerroomreview.com through a poker forum. To paraphrase the individual who gave me this link, "Pokerroomreview.com offers free mediation for disputes. Not sure if they will be helpful but it|s worth a try."

I am here to tell you that this site is good for their word. A representative named Mike responded to my email right away requesting more details, a copy of the correspondences that I had with the poker site and my phone number. The phone number request was optional but I chose to give Mike my home number and he phoned me the next day.

Twenty-four hours later my dispute was resolved. My account was reopened with all my deposit money AND bonus money intact. Needless to say, I withdrew it immediately, which also posed no problem.

I have nothing but good things to say about Mike and his staff. Mike and his crew are da BOMB. Thank you again, Mike, for all your efforts to resolve this issue.

My English is not tu good, but you really help with a problem I have. You speak to me from down on the earth, and give me great advises. How lucky am I to having a friend like you to make that poker online site to be in fairness with me. And they not all are having this fairness, but have now, you keep you eye on them. Thanks!! Hi Mike,

Online poker rooms are no match for your sincerity, stubbornness, and integrity. I won’t mention the room (because believe it or not I still play there) but they ran me all over the place and I got absolutely nowhere. For three weeks they would not give in. Then you got involved. They fought you too, but you never gave up. And then miraculously (and I still don’t know how you did it) they reversed their decision and did the right thing. I got paid every damn penny that they owed me. Who knew?

You are a piece of work my friend. I thank you for being in my corner and believing my crazy story, and for going to bat for me. Anyone with a problem asks me, I say--tell it to Mike.
