STEP 1
Click2Pay
Click2Pay has a very well featured website at:
http://www.click2pay.com/
The signup process for Click2Pay is somewhat complex because there are a number of levels of security involved. For example, Americans will be asked to provide their Social Security number as a means of verifying their identity.

If you aren’t willing to give them your SSN then don’t bother to read any further because it’s essential.
Click2Pay promises that your SSN is not stored or released to anyone else. Prospective account holders from countries other than the United States will have to provide a similar identifier to Click2Pay.
As part of the verification process, you will be asked a number of multiple choice questions which are generated from information about you that is tracked by online databases. If you’ve never gone through this kind of process before it can be kind of spooky. The system may ask you to pick out one of your previous addresses from a list, or it may ask you to select an auto that you currently own.
STEP 2
Click2Pay Personal Information
After completing the application process, you will receive an email with a link to verify the ownership of your supplied email account and you will also receive a call at the phone number you specified during the sign up. As part of the signup process, Click2Pay will make a very small deposit into the bank account that you use with them.
You’ll need to learn the value of that deposit and report it to Click2Pay to show ownership of the bank account.

Why all this added security? Because after you have satisfied the requirements, you will have access to services similar to what Neteller advertises as InstaCash but without the 8.9% service charge.
That’s right; you’ll be able to fund your poker account without having to wait 4-5 business days for your money to transfer from your local bank account to Click2Pay. Of course, the folks at Click2Pay won’t let you play on their money forever.
You better have the funds in your bank account before you authorize that first deposit because they have every right to debit your account immediately. The advantage is that they don’t make you wait while the funds actually make their way to Click2Pay.
New account holders will have a funding limit placed on their account for the first week. Typically, that limit is $100. After the first week (and after you’ve made your first transfer using Click2Pay), your limits will increase to $750 per week or $3000 per month. Higher limits are available if you contact their customer service. Don’t expect to have your limits increased until after you have done some business with them.
STEP 3
Click2Pay Funding Your Poker Account
Once you have you account up and running it operates like all the other e-wallets. You deposit into your poker account by selecting Click2Pay from the available options and initiate the deposit by entering an amount, your Click2pay account ID (which is your registered email address), and your Click2Pay PAN (a 16 digit Personal Account Number). The funds will transfer within a few seconds.

Withdrawals to your Click2Pay account are simple. Select Click2Pay (if it isn’t already preselected), specify an amount, verify your account information, and initiate the withdrawal. The poker site controls the speed of the withdrawal, not Click2Pay.
Contact the poker site (or read the PokerRoomReview site review) if you have questions. Once your money is back in your Click2Pay account you can use it to fund another poker account at a different poker room or you can transfer it back to your local bank account. Those transactions normally are accomplished in about 4 business days.
