I talked with a representative from City Poker who worked with the software vendor to resolve the discrepancy. She (Crystal) was very apologetic and worked to get the money back in my account. I won’t mention the room (because believe it or not I still play there) but they ran me all over the place and I got absolutely nowhere. For three weeks they would not give in. Then you got involved. They fought you too, but you never gave up. And then miraculously (and I still don’t know how you did it) they reversed their decision and did the right thing.
