The world of online poker can be a cold place. When a player has gone
to the trouble to set up an account and deposited money in good faith
only to have unscrupulous sorts take advantage, the feeling of
helplessness can sour anyone. Having spent many hours of effort to
build a bankroll only to have it held hostage lead to many wasted
hours of sending unanswered emails, and trying to find exactly who is
in charge and can resolve your problem. This happened to me at
Powerplayer.com. An attempted cashout went unprocessed for weeks.
Support refused to reply to any inquiries. THEY held all the cards
and I just had to take it.

Well, we all have a friend...a hired gun. The folks at
PokerRoomReview.com are on the players side. I think all the
players and site operators should applaud their efforts to keep this
industry on the up-and-up by holding operators accountable.
