Long story short...A few months ago my cashouts at Powerplayer.com started to slow down and eventually just stopped coming. Support stopped answering my emails and i was completely lost as far as what to do. I mean they owed me 15 grand at that point.
Luckily i found Mike and his team at Pokerroom Reveiw. They started working immediately on my situation. Pokerroom Reveiw got me about six grand before Powerplayer locked me out of the site. Mike kept me posted the whole time and let me know that Powerplayer was under new management and that i would get my money.
Not long after , the new owners at Powerplayer called me directly and then overnighted me all i was due. They also gave me a nice little bonus for my troubles. Powerplayer.com is now safe to play on again and should soon be rising in ratings.
I don’t know what i would have done or how many sleepless nights there would have been, had it not been for pokerroomreview.com. Everyone who has any problems at all should seek their help immediately. Thanks so much.
