I had a problem with sportingbetusa.com, which is the parent company of Paradisepoker.com, trying to confiscate $5200 from me that I won in a tournament a week earlier.

On the Paradise Poker site you have the option to send money to another player and my friend did just that to send me $200 so I could enter a tournament, which I won. On my account with Sportingbetusa.com there was no such option, so in order to repay him we had to go to a 1 on 1 cash money game, where I lost hands on purpose to repay him. Anyway, Paradisepoker.com investigated my play and said I violated the rules and was illegally dumping chips and this was cheating even though no one else was at the table when this was taking place. They disabled my account and refused to let me explain my situation. They were very rude with me and did not want any explanation. So I found pokerroomreview.com, explained my situation to them, and they got involved. I got paid in less than 1 week.

Pokerroomreview.com is the best resource on the net for players negotiating with poker rooms. They did a great job and worked very diligently in getting me my funds. I greatly appreciate everything they have done for me and I especially owe thanks to Rich who was the man that took care of this for me.
