Comments: Though the game play is good, PokerStars makes it extremely difficult to withdraw your money from your account if you are a casual US gamer. Do not ever loan anybody money from your pokerstars account to get somebody else started. If you are transferred money back to repay you, they will not let you withdraw your money until you "play" with it. The cashout policy is not disclosed anywhere on the pokerstars website.

Comments: I hate this poker site i have been fighting with them since march 19th trying to get $150 with draw check sent to me and for some reason they can get it here and i never get to talk to anyone live just email. i plan to file suit and take this to the news. the 1 week does not apply in the with draw its been over a month for me and still no check

Comments: overall they have a very nice game, downfalls on getting games posted ...alota players waiting on posting games, software is very dangerous for the pokerplayers spending thier money

Comments: I don|t like the idea that any crybaby that is supposed to be an adult can call a chat moderator to come on and act as a crying towel to revoked the chat of players that the moderator deems as offensive, yet no standard is in place. BIASED

Comments: Probably the best site on the internet for all rated catagories. The only thing I do not like about the site is that It takes 48 hours from last deposit in order to make a withdrawl. They say they need 48 hours to process the deposit, even if its done by Neteller. I do not like the waiting period considering they have processed my deposit immediately.

Comments: This place makes no sense at all. The amount of bad beats you will see constantly is gross and pathetic. If you are playing just for fun then this is a ok place to play. If you are a serious poker player and a good poker player then this place is not for you. You will not stand a chance of making any money here. Anyone with a half of brain could play here for a couple weeks and see a gross pattern of bad beats. Enough to make you question the integrity of Poker Stars!

Comments: Just today ( I have been playing there along time) they must have tweeked their software and now, to my utmost amazement, they keep screwing with the big blinds in tournament play, happened to me twice in arow in two consecutive tourns, missed the big & went straight to small. I emailed them on both occasions, got one reply, and it|s the most absurd reply I have ever received in my life, thay are actually defending this position. I have the full thread if needed, watch out, you CANNOT miss big blinds in tourns, yet POKERSTARS is trying to defend this studid stance.

Comments: Pokerstars is an absolute scam and a joke. You only have to play there for a short time to see sooo many bad beats. I have never seen players chase hands to the river so many times, only to catch the card they needed and to beat the best hand. So many times they will flop a flush, straight or other remarkable hand. I have played on Pokerstars on and off for about 2 years and have finally grown tired of their bad beats and rewarding poor play. I also play in live cash games and you will never see some of the stuff happen there that you see on a regular basis at Pokerstars. I would say "deffinitely say away from this site". They are known as Riverstars and Jokerstars for a reason. You cannot confidently go into a hand with the best hand and play it the way it|s supposed to be played because, 75% of the time you will get rivered and lose. STAY AWAY FROM THIS RIGGED SITE.. Bad beats do happen but, they are an absolute regular occurance on this site, more the rule than the exception.

Comments: i have been playing at stars since they started with their beta launch, i have been with them ever since, i bounce to other rooms for bonuses or reasons as such but my primary room is poker stars by far, they have the most stable software online and they have a first class operation

Comments: poker stars by far has the best poker software online, their support replies to emails in 10 minutes and they have excellent tourneys including wsop qualifiers etc
