Comments: Good gameplay and software, but unfortunately the site falls down when it comes to customer support. It does not help having live chat, telephone and email support, if the support staff can|t or won|t do anything to sort out problems.

Comments: The competition is for the most part skilled and knowledgeable- if you|re a patient player you can clean up at this site. You see a lot of rocks and maniacs at this site. I|ve never had a problem finding action in medium and low stakes games, however there is not much traffic for high stakes games. I loved this site and then I cashed out. I can|t get a straight answer from anyone about where my money is 3 weeks later. Sometimes live support is available and other times it isn|t. My conspiracy theory still stands that this site along with others such as party poker throw monsters to two or three players to increase action and take in more rake. I stick by this because now I|m at poker stars and I rarely see pocket aces against ak or qq. Overall this is a decent site with a fair amount of games available, but I|ve got to go with Poker Stars as the best site out there.

Comments: I think that I put most of my opinions in the two sections below. I have been playing here for 4 years and have really matured as a player with PokerRoom. I definitely think that this site is underrated in the listing. It has an A+ for Security and for Customer Service. I could care less about their size or Banking options. I am a net winner and can cash out whenever I choose and have done so several times without any problem.
