Hollywood Poker - Like most: The lobby support staff is excellent and with the exception of a few new people so is "Live Chat" support. Most of the player are friendly and willing to help newcomers to learn the options, location of game sign ups and play. Most of the stars are willing to chat and joke with the players and somebof them are GREAT poker players. - Dislike: The dishonesty in upper management, By changing cut off dates, reward programs, and their total failure to respond to players concernes they have lost their credibility with most of the players Phone support is very slow to get to your call and you might feel like you need a translator when they finally do answer. Comments: HP|s management has misinformed the players, lowered, or completely stopped player rewards without any notice. Recently they cancelled four player reward tournaments and stopped trading Poker Points for cash and tickets for the most part.

Comments: I mostly play the bigger tournaments on Hollywood poker, and after trying most of the bigger pokerroms out there, i think Hollywood gives the best bang for the buck. I like that the amount of people in most of their tourneys gives you a chance to win, Even the bigger ones get anywhere from 400-800 entrants.

Comments: This room used to be good, but they are sliding downward. High rake, unstable software, crappy customer support.
